Common questions

Can clients have access to their channel?

Yes — controlled guest access. You decide which channels and docs the client sees. Internal delivery channels stay internal. Client-facing artifacts (status updates, deliverables, meeting notes) can be published into the shared channel on your cadence.

How is this different from running engagements out of Notion or a Slack Connect channel?

Notion does not have channels; Slack Connect does not have docs. Re-Xolved has both, plus deliverable tracking and AI meeting prep, in one data model. Grok answers questions across every surface for a given engagement, not just one tool.

Does the meeting-prep work for any calendar, or just Google?

Can I bill clients through Re-Xolved?

Direct invoicing lives in Stripe and is wired into the workspace via the revenue ops surface — invoice creation, status tracking, retainer renewal cadence. You do not run your full accounting from Re-Xolved; you run the relationship and the delivery.

What about NDAs and confidentiality?

Per-channel access controls, RLS-enforced at the database level. Workspace owners can audit who saw what. We do not train AI models on your client work — Grok inference uses your data at request time only.

Is the consulting bundle different from the brokerage bundle?
