Re-Xolved: Workspace
Brokerage teams run on Re-Xolved
Run your transactions, ClearPath client portals, commission splits, and Fair Housing compliance inside the same workspace your team messages and ships from. The all-in-one Workspace for real-estate teams.
Everything brokerage teams need, in one workspace
The four workplace bundles — Communication, Knowledge, Coordination, Visibility — plus the modules built specifically for brokerage.
- Vertical
ClearPath transactions and client portals
Every closing gets a timeline, a client portal, and an AI extraction layer that pulls dates, parties, and contingencies out of executed contracts. The buyer or seller sees only what you choose to share.
- Communication
Channels per office, deal, and team
A channel per active deal, a private channel per office, and a team-wide channel for announcements. DMs for one-on-ones with your qualifying broker.
- Knowledge
Listing templates, scripts, and policy library
Your brokerage's playbook lives in shared docs — buyer presentations, listing scripts, NMREC advertising standards, fair-housing disclosures — searchable by every agent on day one.
- Coordination
Closing tasks, commission disbursements, CE tracking
AntiList tracks every closing checklist; commission plans (9 pre-loaded, fully customizable) calculate splits with mid-deal proration; continuing education hours are tracked per agent.
- Visibility
Compliance audit trails and broker oversight
Qualifying broker authority surfaces every transaction, every change to a listing, every flagged Fair Housing issue. Six-year retention enforced by default. Audit-log export on demand.
- Vertical
Property Intelligence built in
FEMA flood zone lookup, NM Gross Receipts Tax rate calculator, parcel data, and a Fair Housing compliance engine across 31+ jurisdictions — wired directly into the workspace.
How brokerage teams use it
A 10-agent brokerage runs every closing in a deal-specific channel, signs disclosures through ClearPath, calculates commission splits with mid-deal proration, and exports a six-year-retained audit trail when their broker license is up for renewal.
A qualifying broker reviews every active transaction from a single visibility dashboard each Monday — no more chasing agents in five separate apps for status — and gets Grok-flagged Fair Housing issues in listing copy before they go live.
A new agent onboards on Tuesday, finds the brokerage's listing scripts and NMREC advertising rules in the shared docs library, opens their first ClearPath transaction by Friday, and has their commission disbursed automatically when the deal funds.
Free to start. Plans built for brokerage teams that grow.
Free tier for solo users and small teams. Paid plans from $4.99 per seat per month with annual discounts. No credit card required to get started.
Common questions
Is this just for real estate, or for any brokerage?
Re-Xolved's brokerage bundle is purpose-built for real-estate teams in the United States — transaction management, ClearPath client portals, NMREC-aware compliance, and Fair Housing across 31+ jurisdictions. Other brokerage models (insurance, freight, etc.) can run on the generic /workspace-os/teams surface.
How does ClearPath work?
ClearPath is the client-facing portal that mirrors your transaction. Buyers and sellers get a clean timeline view, e-signature requests, and document drops. Your agents work the deal in the channel and AntiList; the client sees only what you choose to publish.
Do I need to migrate off my existing transaction-management tool?
You can run Re-Xolved alongside an existing TMS while you migrate. ClearPath transactions are the primary system of record, so most brokerages retire the old tool within a quarter — but the timeline is yours.
Is Fair Housing compliance actually wired in, or is it just a checklist?
It is wired in. Listing copy, AI-generated descriptions, and inbound emails are scanned against the 31+ jurisdiction protected-class database in real time. Flags surface to the agent and to the qualifying broker; nothing publishes silently.
What about commission splits?
Nine commission plan types are pre-loaded — 100%-minus-cap, sliding scale, flat-fee, tiered, etc. — and every plan is fully customizable. Mid-deal proration is supported when an agent's plan changes during an active transaction.
Are commissions, audits, and compliance specific to New Mexico?
Property Intelligence (NM Gross Receipts Tax lookup) and qualifying-broker workflows are NM-first. Fair Housing covers 31+ jurisdictions across federal, state, and local. Commission and transaction tooling is national. Talk to us about your state if you want to verify coverage.
