The XolvedAI Telegram Bot is an independent third-party application operating on Telegram. It is developed and maintained by XolvedAI and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram.

1. About the XolvedAI Bot

The bot links your Telegram account to XolvedAI so you can receive reminders, streak check-ins, and quick updates. Supported commands include:

/start — Begin interaction and receive a welcome message
/status — Check link status and current streak
/streak — View your learning streak
/unlink — Disconnect Telegram from XolvedAI

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to operate the bot:

Information from Telegram

Telegram user ID — links your Telegram account to XolvedAI
Telegram chat ID — used to send notifications
Username — stored for display and identification

Information You Provide

One-time link codes sent to the bot
Bot commands you issue

What We Do NOT Collect

Private Telegram messages outside of bot interactions
Contacts, groups, channels, phone numbers, or profile photos
Anonymous diagnostics beyond basic command usage

3. How We Use Your Data

Data collected through the bot is used only to:

Link your Telegram and XolvedAI accounts
Send streak reminders, notifications, and engagement prompts
Respond to bot commands
Maintain the connection between your accounts

Processing is based on legitimate interest—providing the service you requested when linking the bot.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Telegram data is never sold or rented. We do not share it outside the scope of XolvedAI except when legally required. Administrators may view your Telegram username to provide support.

5. Data Storage & Security

Connection data (user ID, chat ID, username) is stored securely with your XolvedAI account:

All communication uses HTTPS
Webhook requests are validated with the bot token
Database access is restricted and authenticated
Link codes expire immediately after use

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain Telegram data while your account is linked. You can remove it by:

Sending /unlink to the bot
Unlinking from XolvedAI settings
Requesting full account deletion

Once unlinked, Telegram identifiers are permanently removed unless retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request:

A copy of Telegram data we store
Deletion of your Telegram data
Restriction or objection to processing
Assistance from a data protection authority

Send requests through the XolvedAI platform; we respond within 30 days.

8. Automated Notifications

The bot may send automated messages such as:

Daily streak reminders
Session summaries
Motivational nudges tailored to your activity

Stop messages anytime by sending /unlink or blocking the bot.

9. Changes to This Policy

Updates take effect when posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Significant changes may also be announced through the bot. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Telegram Platform Policy

The bot complies with Telegram’s Privacy Policy for Third-Party Apps . Telegram’s own privacy policy governs how Telegram processes your data separately from XolvedAI.
